We focus on creating useful material and developing tools to help our members achieve this goal.

We are excited to announce a brand-new e-commerce tool to help PIJAC Canada members in the retail sector. With a difficult year of restricted shopping coming to a close, we have been working to ease member struggles by finding ways to help you stay competitive and navigate ongoing lockdown restrictions. We are happy to report our search has been a success.

In the new year, we will be launching a new partnership with eTailPet, an online platform for retail pet businesses to build their own online store in a quick and affordable way. There were a number of key areas we wanted to assist with, including:

Helping stores diversify (brick and mortar + digital destinations),
Maintaining a loyal customer base (pet parents want to shop local),
Adding new customers,
Introducing a way to ensure business continuity during lockdowns.
